Hot Springs is a fun little town. Not to big and not to small. It is plenty of different things to keep everyone happy. It's actually a National Park and has a lot of history there. Good art galleries, antique shops, good restaurants. Don't miss out on taking the spa treatments!! They are wonderful!! There's a horse racing track there and also an amusement park, fishing lakes and golf courses. People are friendly and you really do get the small town feel when you are there.

If you are planning a trip to North Arkansas, you need to make your way to the Ozark Mountain Hoe Down. I am not a big country music fan, but I went and I LOVED it. It has a HUGE variety of music: everything from the Blues Brothers to Merle Haggard to The Soggy Bottom Boys to Michael Jackson to good southern gospel music. This is the best show in Eureka Springs.

We drove down to Little Rock and found the local farmer's market. We walked around and down to the river. We went to the President Clinton Museum and Library, which is right on the river in downtown Little Rock building is really cool and the tour is very interesting. They have an Oval Office that is an exact replica of when Clinton was President. They also detail how the country was when Clinton entered the Office and when he left, so that was great to review. We really enjoyed it and recommend seeing the museum and library if you are in the area.
